Pick-Up and Evening Jeep Safari
Reach Ramnagar railway station, there our executive will be there to welcome you. On arrival, check into the resort for some relaxation followed by lunch. Be prepared this afternoon for an evening jeep safari through prime wildlife zones. Return back to the resort for dinner and overnight stay.
Morning Canter Safari
Begin with an early morning tea and then go for the canter safari to Ramnagar. Do a 5-hour safari in the Dhikala zone, one of the most beautiful zones for wildlife and scenic beauty. Return to the resort and enjoy some free time during the day. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.
Last Jeep Safari and Departure
Start the day with a morning jeep safari in the core area of Corbett National Park. Return to the resort for breakfast post the safari. Check-out and depart to your further destination.
This package is not valid during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, or New Year.
Bookings must be made at least two days in advance of the travel date.
The itinerary is formulated on the basis of the availability of the Jeep Safari.
A stay in a pre-booked resort was included in the package.
The resort provides meals.
Transportation from the Railway Station/Airport.
Customers who wish to partake in this activity can be accommodated in a Jungle Safari in the National Park on a sharing basis.
A professional guide will be available to lead you through the safari.
Complimentary access to the swimming pool (where available) will be given.
Complimentary recreational activities at the resort are also available.
Entrance fees at sightseeing attractions were not included either.

In case of non availability of rooms in mentioned hotel we shall provide similar standard hotel.
In case of 3 persons, 1 room with 1 extra mattress will be provided on chargeable basis.
Any changes in Govt. taxes, hotel charges, safari charges etc will be informed by mail or phone before traveling date.
Company will not be responsible for any accident, loss/theft or dammage of luggage.
We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as operational or other circumstances require.
In the case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, a signed notification must be supplied. Cancellation charges are liable as of the time of notification. The following rates will be charged:
30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking classed as confirmed.
100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and take part in the discount benefits.
Nevertheless, travelers must cover all statutory taxes, fees, and service fees where they are applicable.
If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or if there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. This will be communicated as such.
A separate cancellation policy for hotel/forest lodge booking will be furnished on demand during peak seasons if applicable.
Tour/Service Cost: The first booking fee might be amended to add on fees. Additional Fees: Such as the permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.
Changes in Fees: The governing body will notify any changes in fees whether before or after confirmation/private departure.
Refunds/Claims: For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.
Cancellation of Services: The firm is not responsible for cancellation of services especially sightseeing or excursion visits if they are thought about by such things while on tour in India.
