Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy - Booking Return
Services booked with us must be intimated to us in writing for cancellation within 25 days or before the date it has been booked to the customer. Booking must be canceled with all costs levied in their original at the booking receipt, invoice & other papers.
Refund:-
Once the cancellation e-mail is received by the company successfully, we will instantly initiate the refund amount to your source account or preferred method of refund within 15 working days.
Cancellation and Refund for Service Provider Company:-
"NO REFUND" and "NO CANCELLATION" will be entertained once the Payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy:-
Please note you can cancel your tour booking within 24 hours. No cancellation request will be considered once the order is processed after 24 hours. However, a refund is possible for all orders/services.
Service Delivery Policies:-
We offer safari and accommodation booking services to almost all parts of India. Your tour booking package will be confirmed within 24* hrs. We assist 24*7 on all Holidays too.
Challenges beyond our control for which we are not liable and would request users to cooperate continuously to avoid such instances. Also, the company has the right to cancel your booking at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the services are physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for the canceled product(s) to your source account.
Mode of Payment:-
We take payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.
● 50% Advance Payment: This holds your booking on a confirmed basis.
● 100% Payment: This confirms your booking and gives you discount benefits.
Cancellation Policy:-
A signed notification must be supplied in case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control. Cancellation charges are liable as of the time of notification. The following rates will be charged:
● 30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
● 15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
● 07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
● 02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
● No refund: Less than 48 hours or no show.
● 50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking as confirmed.
● 100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and participate in the discount benefits.
Nevertheless, travelers must cover all statutory taxes and service fees where applicable.
Peak Season Policy :
A separate cancellation policy for hotel/forest lodge booking will be available during peak seasons if applicable.
Liabilities and Limitations :
Tour/Service Cost : The first booking fee might be amended to add on fees. Additional Fees: The permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.
Changes in Fees : The governing body will notify you of any fee changes before or after confirmation/private departure.
Refunds/Claims : For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate, the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.
Cancellation of Services : The firm is not responsible for canceling services, mainly sightseeing or excursion visits if they consider such things while on tour in India.
Important Information :
If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or there aren't enough places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. It will be communicated as such.
