Payments
When a customer uses our website to purchase a tour package or any of our associated services, we require a deposit in advance to secure the reservation. The remaining balance can be paid when the customer arrives at the location, but before our services begin. We are the only ones with the authority to determine the payment method and the upfront payment amount. Depending on the type of services we provide, it varies. Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure
In case if you are postponing or cancelling your tour/travel due to any unavoidable reasons, you must intimate us in writing. Please make it sure that cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive your mail in writing. Following cancellation policy would be applicable:
● 10% of the tour price is due 30 days before arrival. Select Booking Corbett.
● 30% of the tour price is due 15–29 days before arrival.
● 40% of the tour price is due seven to fourteen days before arrival.
● 50% of the tour price is due two to six days before arrival.
● No refund if you don't show up within 48 hours.
Our Liabilities and Limitations
We are committed to providing an exceptional travel experience, but it’s important to understand the scope of our responsibilities. Please carefully read the following liability and limitation policies:
- Providing the services listed in your tour package description, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and any other services directly booked by us.
- Ensuring that all providers (e.g., hotels, transportation companies, guides) meet our standards of quality and safety.
- Please note that after you finalize the tour/service cost and in case if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
- However, please note that we are not liable for:
- Acts of God: Including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.), inclement weather, or any other unforeseen events.
Personal Injury or Illness: We are not liable for any personal injury, medical condition, or illness sustained during the tour unless caused by our negligence or failure to provide contracted services
