Payments
To purchase tour packages or our related services through our website, we collect some advance payment to hold the booking on a confirmed basis, and the rest of the package cost can be paid upon arrival to the destination but before the commencement of our services. We hold the right to decide upon the mode of payment and the amount to be paid in advance. It varies according to the nature of the services we offer. Full payment must be sent in advance during the peak season of Corbett Tourism (X-mas, New Year & Festival Time) to hold the booking of hotels and resorts. In case of unavailability in the mentioned hotels or resorts, we will provide you with alternate accommodation. Also, it will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
Mode of Payment:-
We take payments through Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.
● 50% Advance Payment: This holds your booking on a confirmed basis.
● 100% Payment: This confirms your booking and gives you discount benefits.
Cancellation Policy:-
A signed notification must be supplied in case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control. Cancellation charges are liable as of the time of notification. The following rates will be charged:
● 30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
● 15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
● 07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
● 02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
● No refund: Less than 48 hours or no show.
● 50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking as confirmed.
● 100% Payment: Required to confirm the booking and participate in the discount benefits.
Nevertheless, travelers must cover all statutory taxes and service fees where applicable.
Peak Season Policy:
A separate cancellation policy for hotel/forest lodge booking will be available during peak seasons if applicable.Limitations and Liabilities:
Tour/Service Cost: The first booking fee might be amended to add on fees. Additional Fees: The permit fees, parking fees, taxes, fuel fees, and guide fees/personal assistance.
Changes in Fees: The governing body will notify you of any fee changes before or after confirmation/private departure.
Refunds/Claims: For things like strikes, fairs, or changes in climate, the company cannot do anything about refunds or claims.
Cancellation of Services: The firm is not responsible for canceling services, mainly sightseeing or excursion visits, if they consider such things while on tour in India.
